Recipes
I have tried hundreds of store bought marinades
and home brews. One of the best I have every
tried comes from a local place, (Virginia Beach)
Ashman. It is available at all of the grocery
stores in this area. It is in the seafood
section. One of the great things about it is it
does not over power the fish, even if left
marinating overnight. Simple as can be, marinade
fillets from 30 minutes to a day and grill or
broil. Baste a little on while cooking works
well too. Great on everything, tilefish, black
sea bass, small blue fish, Spanish mackerel,
flounder, trigger fish, spade fish, croaker,
would make a cement block edible.
They make several different
marinades but the Ginger Garlic is our favorite.
